Deadline for submission of articles is the 15th of each month.

All articles should be submitted as attachments to an email in MicroSoft Word format. If you have pictures with your articles, please send the pictures as separate attachments in "JPEG" format. Limit the size of your pictures to less than 300 kb each, and attach no more than 3 per email.

Please include your contact information (name, address, & phone number) with your submitted article.
